What is an effective daily oral care routine?

Dear One,
Brushing and flossing will control plaque formation. Daily oral hygiene practices such as brushing and flossing can prevent both caries and gingivitis. Plaque cannot be rinsed off, but can be removed by brushing and flossing. Rinse daily with a LISTRINE mouthwash.

    Brush daily
    Use mouth wash
Brush every time you have a meal
Carry a small mouth wash with you at all times
Chew gum (sugar free) to help get rid of plague
Use tongue scraper to remove excess bacteria that causes tooth decay and bad breath and same goes with NOT brushing!
If you have an electric tooth brush with settings turn it to red to stimulate your gums. Always smile. Don’t drink anything that contains acid, sugar, and caffeine that can damage your teeth. Stick with water.

Use fluoride if you need to and be extra gentle when brushing your teeth and always brush it for 2 minutes.

Don’t eat candy and always check in with your dentist every month.

If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to message me as I can advise you with some useful tips on having a healthy, whiter smile every time. :) ) My mom manages a dental office and knows how to treat teeth and ways to prevent cavities and such as. She would be very happy to help you. :) )

there was a research done American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry that a good dental health reflects a good IQ level of people. People like individuals with a brilliant smile because it conveys a positive impression of intelligence, warmth, friendliness, assuredness and confidence. Conversely people think poorly of someone with dull or discolored teeth. So you can see how our teeth can make or break your career prospects and budding relationship.

We all know how to keep our teeth healthy but we seldom care about it.

    A simple Mantra to follow.

    Brush twice daily

    Use mouthwash after everymeal.

Do not eat something every cold after having something very hot and vice versa.

Avoid too much brushing as it will spoil your teeth and will create more problems than help.
