I have heard that you are only supposed to use Electric Toothbrushes once a week or something but I’ve also heard that you can brush 3 times a day with them. Anyone know which is true? I just bought one and love it but I want to make sure I’m using it correctly.

From experience I have been using mine for about a year, twice a day. I have not had any problems. Clean bill of health from my dentists when I go in for a check up.
