Hi there.
The answers to this question are most probably going to be personal opinions and experiences, but I personally think that electric toothbrushes are far better. They clean where a manual one cannot. Some of the posh, expensive ones even send out electric currents through your teeth and gums to stimulate proper cleaning and less plaque!
I realize that after some months using Commission Blueprint 2 that it was and still is the best IM product I have ever purchased without any doubts.
To this day the guys who created it are still sharing new tools with us purchasers that is shooting our sites into the top ten of Google with somewhat of great ease. If you want to read more about my use of this tool, visit Commission Blueprint 2 Review here.
Anyhow, Electric Toothbrushes all the way

Consumer Reports did a story about this. Electric toothbrushes MAY be better because people tend to brush longer when using them. When manual toothbrushes are used properly (i.e., proper technique and at least 2 full minutes), then there was no difference in tartar removal.
I’ve used a Sonicare for years. When my first one died I decided to go back to manual. After 2 days I went shopping for another Sonicare. My teeth don’t feel as clean with a manual. That’s just my own personal preference.
