Generally I'd say there is no best for certain plans, but in the case of individual dental insurance the Ameritas plan is the best. I also have some comparisons on my site if you need more information. It depends on where you live but it's about $30 (give or take $10 or so) for $1500 a year of benefit, plus vision benefits on some plans.
