All of these answers are semi-correct. Yes he can keep you on his insurance. It is until you are 23 or married (Some plans make the cutoff at 21, sorry). If I were you I would check out your student insurance options. Most universities have great insurance programs that don't cost an arm and a leg. This way if you turn 23 or get married you still have coverage.

It's possible, but usually he'd have to add you for health insurance, also. And usually, you'd have to be his dependent on his taxes.

Do you still live at home? Are you still in school/college?
Most insurance companies will let him keep you in his plan until you are 21 as long as you are living at home and/or are in school.
If you’ve been out of the house and working, living on your own, not likely.
