    milk is good cuz of calcium. sodas are big no no cuz they are acidic

    best drink = soy milk.
    best food = any thing soy or dairy
    worst drink = hate to say it, but mt. dew, or any think acidy
    worst food = any thing hard, chewy, or sugary
