Teeth Brushing Tips For You?
Hi,
I just thought I’d pass these 2 teeth brushing tips along for your dental health.1st one is,everyday or at least every other day you should dry brush your teeth.Yes you want to use no water or toothpaste before brushing your regular way.Dry brush for 2 minutes and then rinse with water. This is supposed to break-up the plaque & tarter better than just using water and toothpaste alone.Of course you want to brush right afterwords your regular way.
2nd Tip,have you ever seen what’s on your toothbrush bristles? Or maybe have heard what’s on those bristles? Trust me,you don’t want to know.Anyway at least 3 times a week you want to put hand sanitizer on your bristles.Make sure you work it in well and get the handle too.Hand sanitizer will kill all that bad stuff that ends up in your mouth.By the time you need to brush again the sanitizer will have evaporated.Ok then I hope this helps someone out.Heard these tips on the radio of all places.
