My premolar hurts when i bite down. it didnt hurt at all yesterday. i take great oral care too?
ive also bleached my teeth for a long time. Did i destroy enamel? How can i help this, at home. I dont have insurance and enough money for a root canal. How to deal with the pain.
Pain when biting down doesn’t necessarily mean that you’re going to need a root canal. It can possibly mean that there’s an infection at the root of the tooth, and usually that can be fixed with antibiotics. If it’s sensitive to hot and cold and air then you may need a root canal. Take 600mg of Tylenol every four to six hours for about two days even if you’re not in pain.

The Repercussions of Hiv in Oral Health
People with HIV and AIDS have several oral problems because their immune system is weakened. Their body is not capable of fighting off infection and any changes in the status of the immunity are reflected in their oral health. The mouth experiences dryness, enlargement of the lymph nodes which is referred as lymphadenopathy, thrush or oral candiasis, hairy leukoplakia coupled with viral infection or Epstein-Barr virus, Kaposi’s sarcoma, periodontal disease, swelling of the salivary glands, viral sores and warts and canker sores.
Occurrence of these dental problems signifies a change in the strength of immune system. So, it is important to watch out for these oral problems and consult your dentist or physician immediately. Oral health care such as regular dental visits, frequent brushing and flossing and mouth wash with fluoride are very necessary for HIV-infected persons because the dental problems they are having is most likely associated with HIV and also signify any changes in the level of strength of their immune system.
Dryness of the mouth is brought about by medicines taken by the HIV patient. With dry mouth the patient becomes more prone to gingivitis, oral yeast infection, tooth decay and gum disease. These oral problems occur when the mouth has less saliva to cleanse sugar, bacteria, food and toxins that the bacteria produced. Acids caused by bacteria in the mouth cause tooth decay. A gel or saliva substitute will be prescribed by the doctor to fight thrush and tooth decay.
For children infected with HIV and AIDS, the dentist will treat this with medicated mouth wash. These thick and medicated mouth rinses contain sugar to make them sweet and taste good for children. If your child takes these kinds of mouth rinses, you should always make sure that their mouths are rinsed with water to avoid tooth problems. For children with HIV and tooth decay, this situation will give them pain, chewing difficulty, pain, infection, underweight and undernourishment. If tooth decay is present, the children will have a hard time chewing their food because if the pain and may affect his mood to eat and be able to obtain the proper nutrition his or her body needs.
Some oral problems are associated with the presence of HIV and therefore, when visiting your dentist, you should tell them your medical condition, the status of your immunity and the drugs that you are currently taking so that they can give the proper medication. Without this information, the teeth expert may administer dental drugs and medication which may not be effective to combat these mouth problems.
HIV or AIDS patients do not see the need for antibiotics before any main dental treatment. Antibiotics will only be used if there is the presence of neutropenia, which means low blood count. An antibiotic mouth wash may be prescribed before and after surgical treatment. Low red blood cell count is common to people with HIV because of the antiretroviral drug therapy. The dentist should be aware of these health conditions and the patient must inform them of the result of their blood test to ensure that the proper medication is given to them.

Oral Yeast Infection – Thrush
An oral yeast infection in the mouth of infants and adults is called “thrush.” It is usually caused by the tiny yeast called Candida albicans. It appears as thick white lacy patches that can form anywhere inside the mouth, including the tongue or palate.
If the white patches are scraped away, the area underneath will be red and may bleed. Occasionally, an oral yeast infection can cause the tongue to be red without a white coating.
Newborn babies, adult denture users, and people with endocrine disorders such as diabetes or hypothyroidism are the most at risk for oral yeast infections. Older adults often experience thrush under their dentures.
In AIDS patients, an infection called esophagitis may form in the upper digestive tract, and can be a serious health threat for these patients. This is an infection very similar to thrush, but it extends down from the mouth into the esophagus and stomach.
Thrush can be very painful and this can make it difficult to eat and drink, which can lead to dehydration. Any child that goes without drinking liquids for more than 12 hours should be taken to the doctor. The same care should be taken for elderly adults. Anyone with a compromised immune system must see a doctor immediately if they see the symptoms of an oral yeast infection.
Treating Oral Yeast Infections
Oral yeast infections are usually treated with antibiotics that require a prescription. Most symptoms go away soon after beginning an antifungal medication, and if the infection is mild enough, it may even go away on its own.
Your doctor may be able to diagnose thrush by taking a look, but if in doubt she’ll take a scrape from the infected area in the mouth and send it to the lab.
Oral infections that look a lot like thrush can be caused by other things – including the early stages of cancer. That makes a qualified diagnosis that much more important.
The first step in treatment will be to get rid of the yeast, and this is usually done with prescription antifungal medication in a form that can be sucked or as a liquid that is held in the mouth before swallowing. Medications that may be prescribed include nystatin (Mycostatin) and fluconazole (Diflucan).
If the infection spreads because your immune system has been compromised, your doctor will use a systemic treatment that is taken orally or intravenously, and treat the infection very aggressively.
According to the Mayo Clinic, some oral yeast infections require no medical treatment at all because they go away on their own. For instance, healthy toddlers may get thrush after being treated with antibiotics. Your child’s doctor may suggest that you add unsweetened yogurt to your child’s diet because yogurt contains beneficial bacteria. If this doesn’t help, your child’s doctor will prescribe an antifungal medication.
Healthy adults can also try eating yogurt, or take a dietary supplement that includes the good bacteria called acidophilus. This may restore the microbial balance, but if it doesn’t work a prescription will be needed.
The second step in treating oral yeast infections is to correct any condition that may have caused it. Dentures will need to be treated to destroy the fungus and ill-fitting dentures may need to be repaired or replaced. If the patient is diabetic, an adjustment may be needed in the diabetic medications that are being taken.
Since a high-sugar diet is known to cause oral yeast infections, a change in diet should always be considered in addition to any other treatment for thrush.
If an infant who is breast feeding gets thrush, the mother will also be treated to keep the infection from being passed back and forth between mother and child.

do girls care about penis size for oral?
hi im 15 years old in high school. all my freinds are starting to lose there virginity and i probably am 2. i am small for my age i am 4 foot 9. my penis size is 4.1 long and 1.6 wide when hard. i posted other questions about my penis size and sex and people said that oral usually comes first. do girls care if it is to small for oral. will they laugh at me? and what is a good width size? is my size to skinny?
Relax, no amount of stressing over your size is going to make you any bigger. Your size is fine. And when they say oral, I think they mean that you perform oral sex on the girl. In that case size doesn’t matter at all because you are using your mouth/hands. If they are performing oral on you, then smaller may actually be an advantage. It is hard for girls to put huge things in their mouths without gagging. Some girls may really prefer a smaller size. Before you do anything though, you should learn as much as you can about birth control techniques and stds. 15 is a little young and is ILLEGAL in many states.
What is an effective daily oral care routine?
Dear One,
Brushing and flossing will control plaque formation. Daily oral hygiene practices such as brushing and flossing can prevent both caries and gingivitis. Plaque cannot be rinsed off, but can be removed by brushing and flossing. Rinse daily with a LISTRINE mouthwash.
Winstrol Stanozolol (oral & Injectable Mail Order Steroid)
Winstrol is a popular brand name for the anabolic steroid stanozolol. This compound is a derivative of dihydrotestosterone, although its activity is much milder than this androgen in nature. It is technically classified as an anabolic steroid, shown to exhibit a slightly greater tendency for muscle growth than androgenic activity in early studies. While dihydrotestosterone really only provides androgenic side effects when administered, stanozolol instead provides quality muscle growth. The anabolic properties of this substance are still mild in comparison to many stronger compounds, but it is still a ggod, reliable builder of muscle. Its anabolic properties could even be comparable to Dianabol, but Winstrol does not have the same tendency for water retention. Stanozolol also contains the same c17 methylation we see with Dianabol, an alteration used so that oral administration is possible. To spite this design however, there are many injectable versions of this steroid produced.
The following is an article about stanozolol, more commonly known as Winstrol. Caution should be used when using Winstrol, and as with Anadrol, this drug can cause severe hepatic damage if administered incorrectly or for too long. Even when you buy steroids from a reliable source and you are under the care and guidance of a knowledgeable professional, you should know all of the implications of each drug yourself. With the rising popularity of HGH [Human Growth Hormone] and other newer anabolic steroids, educating ourselves about them should be a top priority.
Winstrol (Stanozolol) is a really interesting variant of Dihydrotestosterone. It’s been modified at the A-ring (there’s 4 rings on steroids usually), to make another whole “ring” called a pyrazol group. There’s only one other steroid I’ve ever seen that has a similar modification. Winstrol is a commonly used anabolic steroid for cutting cycles, and certainly it’s been shown clinically to not elicit any really impressive weight gain (if any at all) (1). It’s usually seen as a less expensive alternative to Anavar. And just like Anavar and other DHT derivations, it can not convert to estrogen at any dose, and is not progestenic.
How To Use Winstrol: What is special about the injectable Winstrol Depot is that its substance is not – as is common in almost all steroids – dissolved in oil; it is dissolved in water. Although almost every steroid experienced bodybuilder knows this difference, the practical application of this knowledge rarely occurs: the injection free intervals of the compound Winstrol Depot must be distinctly shorter than with the other common steroids. Winstrol Depot is usually not used as the only steroid during dieting since, based on its low androgenic component, it does not reliably protect the athlete from losing muscle tissue.
As with Proviron, another DHT derived oral steroid, Winstrol may be useful in any cycle (perhaps even bulking) in order to lower Sex Hormone Binding Globulin. (2) One of the properties of Winstrol is it’s profound ability to lower SHBG much more than other steroids. This could make more testosterone (or whatever steroids you are using) more likely to remain unbound and therefore active.
A nice quality look can be attained with the use of Winstrol in a decent cutting cycle, but having it in a heavy bulking cycle could end up being problematic, as people often get sore joints from using it for extended periods of time. Stanozolol is an alkylated compound, which means that it’s been specifically altered to endure the first pass through the liver without being destroyed. And since the injectable version is simply a suspended version of the same compound, it’s able to be orally ingested instead of injected. However, since it is alkylated, it is also pretty liver toxic, having one of the worst hepatoxicity (mg for mg) of any steroid. As regards cholesterol, and it’s quite harsh on both LDL and HDL (3), and cardiac hypertrophy could be a possible concern with Winstrol also. (4) Needless to say, most men don’t use Winstrol for very long in their cycles, and limit it to about 6 weeks or so at 50-100mgs every day (and yes, the same dosing applies for the injectable or the oral). Women typically use 10-25mgs per day, with the high end of that being reserved for competitive bodybuilders and figure competitors. Of course, acne, hairloss and (in women) clitoral hypertrophy are very real concerns.
As it is available in both an oral form as well as an injectable form, and both contain the same compound, you might find this next part odd, but the injectable route actually produces greater nitrogen retention. (5) Another counterintuitive fact about Winstrol is that although the anabolic rating of this product is very high, not too many people report much weight gain off of it. Also, it has a very weak Androgen Receptor binding ability (6), which is kind of odd for a drug with Winstrol’s effects. unusual for a “cutting” steroid. Protein synthesis is reasonably high with Winstrol (7), although weight gain is low, paradoxically.
Winstrol Dosage:Winstrol Depot 50 mg/ml must be injected much more frequently than the oil-dissolved steroids (e.g. Primobolan, Deca-Durabolin, Sustanon, etc.). The reason for this is the relative low half-life time of steroids. Those dissolved in water must be injected at least every second day, and best results are observed at a daily injection of 50 mg. Depending on the athlete’s performance level, the athlete usually takes 50 mg Winstrol Depot every 1-2 days and Parabolan 76 mg/1.5 ml every 1-2 day. Although there is no scientific proof of a special combined action between Winstrol Depot and Parabolan, based on several practical examples, a synergetic effect seems likely. Other steroids which athletes successfully combine with Winstrol Depot during the preparation for a competition include Masteron, Equipoise, Halotestin, Oxandrolone,Testosterone propionate , Primobolan , and HGH.
In all, this is a very odd compound, from a chemical/biological point of view. My personal experience with it was that it can be used as a cheap substitute for Anavar, although I prefer the latter. Also, the injections hurt like hell..Winstrol is available widely on the black market from a variety of sources, including veterinary companies as well as human grade pharmaceutical houses. As is always the case, underground labs produce it very cheaply, and it’s available as paper anabolics as well. Going rate at the time of this writing is roughly under $100 for a 10-200ml bottle of 100mg/ml concentration, and is basically the same for a bottle of 100 x 10mg tablets.

Salt water or hydrogen peroxide for use in oral care?
I woke up yesterday morning with the roof of my mouth swollen and my gums puffed up around my teeth. I went to bed the night before freshly brushed and with my mouth fine. So I have no idea why this happened. I want to know if using a salt water solution or a hydrogen peroxide solution would be best to clear this up. I know the peroxide bottle says it can be used for an oral rinse.
Advice greatly appreciated, thanks.
Both options would kill off bacteria… Both are safe to gargle with, but (I’m sure you know) they’re not safe to ingest. :0) I would go with the salt water personally, because the hydrogen peroxide will foam up in your mouth and leave a worse taste than the salt water. Listerine mouthwash is another excellent product to kill oral bacteria AND it’ll leave your breath fresh. :0)
Does Liquid Oral Care by Petkin work as advertised?
There is a product by Petkin called Liquid Oral Care, that claims to clean dogs’ teeth and freshen breath. The directions say add a small amount of L.O.C. to your dog’s water each day. Does anyone know if this product is effective?
I have a pomerianan, I use it, along with dentabones, and Greenies. I find this product effective.
I need to find oral care packs used in hospitals or something that can be used to clean a…?
…patients mouth thats similiar
they normally come with a green sponge you can attach to a suctioner when swabbing a patients mouth with the "mouthwash" and then there is an antibacterial paste that comes with it to wash their mouth as well as moisturize.
I had to buy some for my father when he was dying. The mouthbreathing causes that build up in their mouths and on their tongues.
