Okay. I know this is going to sound weird but use baking soda. It tastes nasty at first but you teeth will be white and your gums will be pink it will even make your breath smell good too.
Here’s how to make it perfectly.
Get a shot glass and pour water into it.
Mix some baking soda in until it is thick.
Brush your teeth with it and shove it into your gums.
DON’T USE WHITENING STRIPS WHATEVER YOU DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will make your teeth weak. And after a while you will get yellow spots on your teeth…
