They have teeth bleaching which is ok. But if you are serious and want white teeth you will need veneers. This is expensive, but will last a lifetime and will never go yellow again. If you shop you can find a good price. The best price I know of is at Dr. Gorfien. Check it out with a google search. He has a website. Good luck!!

get crest whitening strips all of them work well but get the newer ones they made my teeth GORGEOUS!(ppl told me xD)
and get any whitening toothpaste and it should work fine:)

brush and consult you dentist so you can get stains off your teeth, like coffee stains. Also ask about sensitivity i like white strips the best but is up to you

The crest white strips is the most recommended out of all of the strips by 4 out of 5 dentists. So easy a caveman can do it.
