I’m interesting in whitening my teeth a shade or so, and I can’t afford to get it done by the dentist. I wanted to know what is the best whitening kit to buy. Please only recommend if you have tried it or some one you know personally has tried. Thanks!
I realize that after some months using Commission Blueprint 2 that it was and still is the best IM product I have ever purchased without any doubts.
To this day the guys who created it are still sharing new tools with us purchasers that is shooting our sites into the top ten of Google with somewhat of great ease. If you want to read more about my use of this tool, visit Commission Blueprint 2 Review here.
I smoked for quite a few years. After I quit, I wanted to whiten my teeth. My dentist told me to use this Teeth Whitening kit. It worked great and I appreciate not having to spend a fortune.

I actually currently have whitening trays in my mouth, all though these are a generic brand that I wouldn’t really recommend. I’ve used Crest Whitestrips Classic before, and those worked really well for me. People noticed that my teeth were white within a few days. If I remember correctly, they give you enough for two weeks. Those should do for a few shades whitened. Otherwise, I would try Crest’s other whitestrip varieties. They have pro-effects which are supposed to be really good, but the classics worked great for me and were much cheaper. There’s really no need to get trays, they just cost more and cause gum sensitivity. Be careful though, if your teeth are naturally sensitive you might wanna use the strips less, because they do cause mild sensitivity for some people, including me.

There are many products out there that help your teeth get whiter. Certain mouthwashes can get into those microscopic cracks and holes, where bacteria LOVE to hang out. Crest White Strips and also other whitening strips don’t help out a whole lot… It’s been a while since I’ve used one so they might have changed. Make sure you choose your toothpaste wisely. Always make sure there’s fluoride. That strengthens your teeth, making it harder for bacteria to grow. Toothpaste with baking soda will definitely help make whiter teeth, but tend to be a bit more expensive. Also watch what you eat. Some odd meals have LOTS of spices(like Indian food, the cumin could stain you’re teeth). Hope this helps! Good luck!

I used Crest Pro-Effects before my wedding, and it really made a difference. I would highly recommend them (be careful if you have sensitive teeth, because it will make them hurt a little… but only temporarily).
