I’m interesting in whitening my teeth a shade or so, and I can’t afford to get it done by the dentist. I wanted to know what is the best whitening kit to buy. Please only recommend if you have tried it or some one you know personally has tried. Thanks!

You could buy Crest Teeth Whitening Strips, probably at the toothpaste section of your local grocery store.
Or you can brush your teeth with baking soda. It really works! All you have to do is dip a wet brush into a box of baking soda and brush for two minutes.

I hear if u gargle at least twice a day with peroxide it helps…remember not to swallow
