I asked my dentist. he said Crest white strips work the best and are safe.

I got this kit through my dentist and its GREAT! im not sure exactly of the company but the top of the case says "ZOOM." The starter kit was a little pricey but the refills aren’t that bad at all, and believe me, its worth it. But remember that you can’t find this in stores, you can only request it from your DDS.

Theres absolutely loads of them on offer. Youve got teeth whitening toothpastes,strips,gel etc etc. It depends how bad your teeth are. Try the whiteners from the dentist first, then try one of the small kits you get in argos or something. If thats not having the best effects then you might want to buy a pro kit. They can be really cheap or really expensive, depending where you go. Theres a website that is offering free trial of its teeth whitening products and all you pay is shipping and handling which is under $5. They supply worldwide as far as i know,
