Has anyone ever used the dental discount program called Patriot Plan and is it legit?
Posted by admin in Dental Plan on January 30, 2010
I’m trying to find an affordable Dental Plan and while browsing on the internet I saw that they only charge $99.00 per year. I found my dentist in the directory along with discounted rates but I just want to make sure this is not some sort of scam. Would like to hear someones experience on actually going to the dentist and not having bogus additional fees other than what was shown on the Patriot Plan site.
I realize that after some months using Commission Blueprint 2 that it was and still is the best IM product I have ever purchased without any doubts.
To this day the guys who created it are still sharing new tools with us purchasers that is shooting our sites into the top ten of Google with somewhat of great ease. If you want to read more about my use of this tool, visit Commission Blueprint 2 Review here.
Hi call 1-800-929-8344 Ref # 246314 they even cover cosmetics and all procedures for your teeth.their plan is really good and you dont need to wait to get approved and any pre-existing condition is acceptable.
Can anyone inform me about dental insurance plans in Texas?
Posted by admin in Dental Insurance on January 30, 2010
Me and my family are planning to move to Texas by next month. We plan to purchase dental insurance plans especially for my dad who’s thinking about having an orthognathic surgery. Please help me guys! Thanks!
The best Dental Insurance is one that achieves a perfect balance between price and policy inclusions, and does not leave you feeling helpless when the time comes for you to make good use of it. Here is a summary of the basic dental insurance coverage in Texas:
1. Preventive and diagnostic dental care. Preventive dental care necessarily includes all regular cleaning and check-up services that a dentist performs to avert further destruction or decay of the teeth. The most basic services are included here, including evaluation and diagnosis of any prevailing dental problem.
2. Basic dental care and dental procedures. Although this coverage is somewhat subjective to what your dentist considers “basic” services, dental care and procedure may or may not include tooth filling, tooth extractions, root canals and repairing broken teeth. As long as your dentist considers it a simple and minor procedure, you can expect it to fall under this category.
3. Major dental care. Major denture work, dental orthodontics, surgery and other large-scale procedures are the most expensive – if you opt for a higher percentage under this category, expect your premium to increase. Some aging people prefer for a higher coverage on the major dental care because sooner or later, they are going to need a set of dentures and other more complicated dental repair and enhancement procedure.
How soon does dental and health insurance apply in the military?
Posted by admin in Dental Health on January 30, 2010
does it depend on branch? surely they all have universal health/dental care?
It will depend on what you are, Active Duty, dependent or Reservist/National Guard.
If you are AD then as soon as you leave for Basic/Boot/BCT/Recruit Training and your information is entered into DEERS you are covered medical and dental on base facilities. For AD military there is no charge for medical or dental.
If you are a dependent, then as soon as your information is entered into DEERS by your spouse/parent then you are enrolled into Tricare Standard. With Standard there is a yearly deductible and a co-pay for each visit with the doctor/clinic/hospital that is approved by Tricare. After you get your military ID card then you can enroll into Tricare Prime or Prime Remote. With Prime if you register before the 20th of the month then it starts the next month (ie enroll March 19th, starts April 1st). If you register after the 21st then it doesn’t start until the following month (ie March 24th, doesn’t start until May 1st). With Prime you are assigned a PCM (primary care manager) at the military clinic or hospital closest to you. Now with Dental that is separate, the company you go through is United Concordia and it is $13 a month for single or $23 a month for a family. You are covered for 2 cleanings & 1 xray per year. Then all other work is co-pay up to $1200 for each person per year. You have to pay the first month out of your account and then after that it is deducted from your pay.
With National Guard and Reservists along with their family members it is totally separate unless you are Full time then you are covered under the regular Tricare and United Concordia.
What is the best home teeth whitening kit?
Posted by admin in best teeth whitening on January 30, 2010
I’m interesting in whitening my teeth a shade or so, and I can’t afford to get it done by the dentist. I wanted to know what is the best whitening kit to buy. Please only recommend if you have tried it or some one you know personally has tried. Thanks!
If you are really looking for Teeth Whitening, normal toothpaste probably isn’t enough just by itself.
I suggest doing what this mom did,
